This slow-flow vinyasa class links breath and movement in a mindful, unhurried way. The pace allows time to feel each transition, notice alignment, and stay present within the body. Rather than rushing through poses, students are encouraged to move with awareness, sensing how breath, strength, and ease interact from moment to moment. The practice supports building strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating focus and embodied presence. Clear guidance and intentional pauses create space to observe, adjust, and move with purpose. The class finishes with grounding stretches and rest, leaving you feeling centered, steady, and refreshed.
