The 3 Gates Breath, Movement & Sound Journey

My name is Grace and I am going to take you on a mystical breathwork, movement and sound journey through Root, Sacral and Crown. We begin with grounding and slow breath, settling into the earth of the body. The sacral opens with fluid movement and inner flow, awakening sensation, ease and creativity. Then we rise to the crown with sound bath and guided inner vision for intuition and stillness. We close with quiet journaling to integrate insights and return gently.
