Yoga Therapy is for every body.
This is a playful, feel-good class where we explore gentle movement, supported stretches, breathwork, and simple partner options to help regulate the nervous system and release tension.
No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just curiosity and a willingness to move, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
Come solo or bring a friend. Expect laughter, softness, and practical tools you can actually use in real life.
