Welcome to our beautiful rooftop! I am offering a one-hour morning practice with conscious breathwork, meditation, and gentle lymphatic release. The class is accessible and nourishing, designed to wake up the body with ease rather than effort. We'll practice outdoors in the open air with beautiful ocean views and all sound bath from nature, the gong and crystalline singing bowls. - a truly refreshing way to start the day.
