Start your day the absolute best way! I am offering a one-hour morning practice with gentle breathwork, meditation, and soft Sun Salutations. The class is accessible and nourishing, designed to wake up the body with ease rather than effort. We'll practice outdoors in the open air with beautiful ocean views - a truly refreshing way to start the day. Grace is an ae-RYT 500 experienced yoga teacher of 9 years. She is known for her warm, fun personality and massage style adjustments. You won’t want to miss her class. 🤍
