About the event

Begin the day with a quiet, nourishing practice that combines guided meditation and Yin Yoga inspired by the Five Elements. The session opens with meditation to settle the mind and tune into the breath, followed by a slow Yin practice that works with one element each day to support balance, circulation, and nervous system health. With longer-held, supported postures, the practice gently opens the joints and connective tissues while encouraging stillness and awareness. This morning offering is an opportunity to arrive softly into the day, cultivate clarity, and set a grounded, steady tone that carries beyond the mat.
