About the event
My name is Grace. I will facilitate a powerful vocal meditation inspired by Wayne Dyer using the sacred sound AH to open the heart and calm the mind. We begin with grounding breathwork and gentle throat warm-ups, then chant AH in long, resonant tones, letting the vibration move through the chest, throat and face. Each round is followed by stillness, silence and intention to deepen clarity and healing. We close with reflective journaling to anchor insights and create personal affirmations. No singing experience needed. Leave feeling clear, peaceful, uplifted and deeply connected.
