About the event
This class draws on traditional Hatha foundations while gently emphasizing the qualities associated with the sacral center—flow, creativity, sensation, and adaptability. Postures are held with awareness and intention, allowing time to feel into the body rather than rush through shapes. Breath is used as a guide to soften tension, support nervous system regulation, and encourage a sense of inner spaciousness.
The practice supports healthy movement in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, while inviting a deeper connection to the body’s natural rhythms. Rather than pushing or striving, students are encouraged to listen, respond, and move with clarity and care.
This class is suitable for all levels and offers a grounded space to explore presence, balance, and embodied flow—both on and off the mat. Booking required. Grace is an E-RYT experienced yoga teacher with 9 years of experience. This class is for anyone who is ready to meet themselves innnew ways.…
