50 hour yin yoga teacher training

This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is an intimate and immersive journey into the art of slowing down, listening deeply, and teaching from authentic experience. Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this training explores the physical, energetic, and meditative dimensions of Yin Yoga.

Yin Yoga invites us to pause in a world that moves quickly. Through longer-held postures and mindful awareness, we create space in the body, the breath, and the mind. This training focuses not only on learning the shapes of Yin Yoga but also on understanding how to guide students into a deeper internal experience.

Over the course of the training, students will learn how to safely and confidently teach Yin Yoga while developing their own personal practice.
