Vocal Activation is an embodied practice designed to open the voice and support confidence, presence, and authentic self-expression. Through gentle movement, breathwork, toning, and guided sound practices, we explore the voice as a pathway into the throat chakra and the nervous system.
This class is not about singing or performance. It’s about reconnecting with your natural voice, releasing inhibition, and allowing sound to move freely through the body. The practice is accessible to all levels and welcomes curiosity, vulnerability, and play.
